The Willy Nilly website has been designed specifically for Newport's young people to:
- Give information on health and lifestyle issues
- Signpost to local and national services for expert advice and support.
Young people identified developing a website as a priority within the Sexual Health Strategy. The website has been funded by Newport Local Health Board (LHB) with support from the Welsh Assembly Government.
All organisations involved with young people have been offered space to share information and advice.
Newport sexual health strategy is a detailed programme of actions based on the identified needs within the community. It has been produced by the Sexual Health Action Planning Group and is based on Welsh Assembly guidelines. Its aim is:
- Improving the sexual health of the people of Newport.
